Bulgaria food tour

Well that’s a big one!

Between Banitsa (a puff pastry type salty pie) , Sirene (white cheese), Kaskavaw (yellow cheese) (forgive terrible spelling), Chopska salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peppers, Onions, without white cheese for me!), donuts, iced coffee, Tarator soup (a cold cucumber and yogurt soup) and the best Porcini dish i had in a while, let’s say Bulgaria had a certain summery flavor, with all these fresh fruits and veggie (i forgot to mention the Watermelon!)…a great stay!
