L’ourson qui boit

We’ve been wanting to try this place in Lyon but reservations had to be taken one month in advance!

This is a restaurant which makes French food but with a Japanese twist (and chef!)

The result did not disappoint and we were charmed by this delicious and subtle cuisine. Only the dessert was not as delightful as we would have liked. 

For an appetizer we had a delicious and foamy mushroom soup, followed by a pea soup for me and foie gras for my sweetie. 

I then followed by salmon with a miso sauce and he had port which was heavenly!

Dessert was a superb passion fruit mousse, the rest of the dessert was not memorable through. 

We’ll go back!
