Through my work i am in contact with one of the best cooking shcools in teh country: The Paul Bocuse institute.
They recently (or semi recently) opened a location in place Bellecour (the main square in Lyon) and so i was dying to check it out.
I was absolutely delighted by the gently priced option (i paid around 30€ for my whole meal!), which was absolutely delicious.
I started with foie gras poached in wine and followed with lamb and green peas. A delight!!
