Recently i was put in charge of helping with the annual Xmas party for work.
One of the first things my colleague and I did was to select a venur, after all it is like a wedding!
So after visiting the venue we treated ourselves to lunch at this one michelin star establishment; it was pricey but definitely worth the money!!!
- As a pre starter the chef sent us a pumpkin soup with a chesnut emulsion
- As a starter we chose the paté en croute that had foie gras in it 🙂
- and as a main dish we had a roasted haddock and its creamy mushroom risotto
Believe it or not we had no space for dessert!!
