Last week we went to Amsterdam for a meeting for the day and had a lovely team lunch in the center 🙂
My stomach was a bit upset so I had a light and lively fennel cream soup with croutons and herbed olive oil. Delicious!
Then of course we had to try the traditional bitterballen, a fried delicacy from the Netherlands.
My stomach was able to stomach the lovely tarte tatin for dessert 🙂
