Raspberry yogurt cake

This afternoon I invited my three year old neighbor for tea and we made a cake together: a raspberry yogurt cake. The good thing is w a little preparation and a little help from a grown up it’s quite an doable cake for a three year old!

Not too long, not too hard to make (and pink!), perfect!

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1 small yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar (or use the yogurt pot)
  • 1 cup oil (or use the …you get my drift!)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter for the mold
  • 500g frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the over at 200C
  • Mix yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, yolks
  • Whip the egg whites until they are firm
  • Add oil, flour and baking powder
  • Add the whites and lastly, as gently as you can, the raspberries
  • Butter the mold and pour the mixture in
  • Bake for about 30 min

Gâteau au yaourt a la framboise

Ingr

  • 1 pot de yaourt
  • 1 pot de sucre en poudre
  • 1 pot d’huile
  • 3 pots de farine
  • 1 sachet de levure
  • 1 cc d’extrait de vanille
  • 2 œufs
  • 500g de framboises surgelées
  • Beurre pour le moule

Instructions

  • Pre chauffer le four a 200C
  • Mélanger yaourt, sucre, vanille, jaunes d’oeufs
  • Battre les blancs en neige
  • Ajouter huile, un pot de farine, levure et les deux autres pots de farine
  • Mélanger bien pour obtenir une pate bien lisse
  • Ajouter les blancs battus en neige et les framboises
  • Beurrer le moule et verser la preparation
  • Cuire pdt 30 min
