Adeline’s spice cake

I’ve had this recipe for a while but for some reason forgot about it!
Here is Adeline’s wonderful spice cake:

Recette pain d’épice Adeline

1) melanger 10cl de lait avec 250g de miel.
2) ajouter 100g de beurre fondu.
3) ajouter 200g de farine (100g de f.complete, 100g “normale”)
4) ajouter un 1/2 sachet de levure chimique + 1 oeuf + 1 pincée de sel
5) ajouter les epices: cannelle, gingembre, cumin et autres
6) qqes gouttes de jus de citron pour un gout citroné.
180 degrés au four, pdt 30-35min. Voilà !
