Otmane’s chocolate tarts

So my friend Otmane always makes Tajins for me but he always asks for sthg in return, and it is always the same thing: a chocolate tart.

Fortunately for me tose are remarkably easy to make and so i think the trade is pretty good!

I could not believe i never posted this recipe as i have made it quite a few times now!

Here it is

Ingrédients

  • Une pâte sablée
  • 250 ml de crème liquide (19% MG)
  • 400 g de chocolat au lait au caramel (mon arme secrète!)
  • coulis caramel beurre salé

Préparation :

  • Faire cuire la pâte à blanc pendant 15 minutes à 200°C.
  • Pendant ce temps, faire bouillir la crème et y ajouter le chocolat coupé en morceaux hors du feu.
  • Verser le coulis au caramel au fond de la tarte et recouvrir du mélange chocolat/crème (plus facile a dire qu’a faire!)
  • Enfourner la tarte environ 10 minutes. Mettre au frais au moins 3 heures. Simple comme bonjour!
