Pavlova for Australia day

I had dinner at a friend’s on Sunday night and my friend Martha made Pavlova, which is an Australian specialty (with the name i would have thought it’s Russian!)!

To which you add whipped cream (Martha added rhum in ours :)) and fresh fruit, in this case it was kiwis!

It was so good, light and airy and melting in your mouth!!! Thanks Martha and happy Australia day again!
