Butternut squash stuffed with cranberries and foie gras

So i had a butternut squash and had splurged on a bag of cranberries (from Canada, i know …this is so bad for the environment!)

Since i was too lazy to peel the butternut i roasted it in halves, and got the idea to put the cranberries in the little nook created by the lack of seeds 🙂

once it roasted i figured it would be nice to have some melting foie gras on tope…

well(as often lol) I WAS RIGHT! this was delicious 🙂

(note: photo was taken before adding the foie gras)
