Starting the weekend with bougnettes and fresh pasta

Just started the weekend at my aunts house and after the meal what else to do but to start cooking for the next meal!

We started with the traditional southeastern french donuts: bougnettes!

I was sworn to secrecy as far as the recipe since its a family secret but here are the steps for prep:
– you first stretch the dough till u can see through it
– fry🙂
– dust with sugar and orange flower water

After a restorative tea, my mum and her sister then started to make fresh pasta for dinner tonight🙂
