So the taste test is tomorrow but in the meantime while it’s fresh in my mind i wanted to share my remarks vs. the recipe: recipe was fairly easy and well explained, not a lot of measuring which is always a plus! i was a bit anxious about the meringue but it turned out quite easy to make🙂
the only remark is the cooking time: it took WAY more than 10 min for the meringue to brown! more like 35 min (which si not so surprising since the temp is so low!)
Anyway the diverse components taste real good separately so i cannot wait to taste them all together!
