Pour Caro: Goat cheese ‘tarte fine’

Well since i already have a fan (lol) and she asked me for the recipe of that ‘goat cheese thinggy’ I’ll try to write it even though it’s not really a recipe but more assembly!

Ingredients for the thin crust goat cheese red bell pepper pie

  • Puff pastry (1 roll)
  • 1 jar of eggplant caviar (small one, found at the pasta sauce aisle)
  • 1 leftover of eggplant tomato pasta sauce (what can i say i did with what i had on hand!)
  • 1/2 jar of sliced roasted red peppers (at the ‘ethnic’ aisle with the spanish products)
  • 1 package of fresh goat cheese (in brine)
  • Dried parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper
  • Drizzle of honey over the goats cheese (once it’s cooked)

So basically put everything in that order at cook for about 20 min (temperature check the puff pastry package, i wouldn’t know since my oven’s temps are rubbed off!)
